I had no problem getting a loan and the employees are really nice and quick. My problem is that I tried to re-finance before my 3rd payment...I got denied. I asked again when I made my 3rd payment...I got denied. I asked again a week after my 3rd payment and I got denied again. They never called or offered to re-finance when I made my 4th payment. So when I made my 5th and last payment. I decided I will no longer do business with them. The employee kept insisting that she could give me $400. Keep it! You can't help me when I needed you, you don't need my business.

Good place for a fast loan when needed. Good customer service and also staff makes you feel at home.
