When I went to ask fir a loan I was treated very well. I never missed a payment since almost a year. I called in to pay off my loan. I know their was a miscommunication also.by my part because I did not ask more questions that if I pay with debit card that their system only takes $2,000. Ok I can find othee way to pay off but when I ask for the balance ahe keot giving me the same balance when I had already gave 2 payments af 2,000 the same day but separate tiime. She hang up on me when she was pretending she was calculating the balance

The lady who assisted was very patient and helpful

Everyone there are great people . They help me on the loan I need everything was explained to me about the loan . They are friendly that is what I like about the business they are running.
