Horrible customer service. I am only a reference for someone and a representative named Nora is giving me ultimatums and harassing me! They have to work on people skills whether it is while doing an application or collection call. Treat your customers with respect!

These people have violated several Texas laws and federal laws as well I am not going to let them know what laws but I am in process of getting them sued for each and every law they have broken. They are in for a wake up call
