Yes I went into the store to see if they could fax some information for me, and the clerk Angie was very polite and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. And she took care of my business for me. I will definitely be back to Ace again.

Had trouble at 3 places cashing a business check but this company had me in and out within 10 minutes! Highly recommend!

I have cashed checks, paid bills, faxed things and even had a loan from Ace. Its very convenient to have so many services in one spot. I love Ace and Mona has made it what it is today! Mona is always very helpful and knowledgeable in her job. She has been there since I started going in the 90's, Ace is lucky to have her!

Angie was extremely friendly and helpful. She is always willing to take extra time to help with any questions. Fantastic customer service skills and always smiling and upbeat.

The cashier Mona was incredibly rude to me and other customers. She was yelling at a woman while me and my friend were there trying to cash a check. I just want to know why Ace needs information about references and social security just to cash a check. Also would like to know why they need a picture with the check. Will not be returning again. This was a one time thing because we needed the money and everywhere else was closed. It was ridiculous and she had no right to be incredibly rude to anyone.

Jennifer was absolutely a wonderful person to work with. They were very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions, even when they didn’t pertain to the current reason for being there. For cashing a late check it was a quick, easy and painless process. Will continue to use them in the future.
