I’ve been doing business with them off and on for 30 years, I started with them in Madisonville Tx. And I pick back up with them in Bryan Texas. They have helped me threw all my business I’ve done with them. They will always have my business when I need them. Thank you for doing business with me.

Liars....I've had 8 loans with these people. Paid some off early without issue. However since I had another company loan me money to pay off the balance I owed them they charged me the balance plus 3/4 of what the balance stating it was their service fee. When a certain employee approached me she kept repeating she was mad because I betrayed her by going to another company. Really??? Needless to say no one morally or ethically understands a 2509 loan escalating to nearly 4500 in a little over a week except them. ... Played but not without exposure..

Really crappy customer service. I talked to a lady around 1 pm and she said she would call my mom so she could send a release of a title. They never called her and ignored her calls with me sitting there with my mother while they were still open. I called and they answered and I asked why they never called her back. They said the woman I talked to left at 3. And I asked why was my mother's calls ignored she asked when she called I told her 5 mins ago and she called my mother a liar. We haven't had a lean on my moms cat in 2 years and when my mom gets in a wreck they claim they have one then claim they don't then claim they did again and that we messed something up. We haven't had to deal with them for this long and I hate that I had to deal with these people now.

They prey on poor people, they don't ask for a paycheck stub at all my mom has them and they charge a hell of a fee rather than the actual amount. Folks stay away from these people unless you want to get robbed.

A GREAT PLACE TO GET A LOAN I HAVE BEEN IN A BINE MANY TIMES AND I GO AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS HAVE BEEN VERY VERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY MRS JOSIE DELOAN. I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSSNIESS WITH THEM VFOR MANY YEARS THANK YOU LOAN DEPOT
