WARNING -- Communication with them is sparse, expect to get voicemail and email replies. Requested a call back from manager, did not get one until I cancelled the deal (when they wanted payment for appraisal). Loan processor submitted the appraisal for the home and improvements and left off land value!!!. Appraisal came back $2k higher the then submitted but $110k short to make the deal work. Cascade refused to request a new appraisal because the first one was valid???. If you choose this company hopefully you will have a better loan processor and a better experience.

Great customer service. They pretty much held my hand the hold way. I never felt on my own, they had an answer for every question and a solution for every unexpected situation. The whole thing was done online and by phone, I never met Mr. Ralph Govea and Mrs. Michele Kelley. I never write reviews, but I definitively recommend Cascade Financial they got me , my forever Home, Thank YOU!!!!

The original company I was going to use informed me pretty last minute they do not cover manufactured homes. I scrambled and called Cascade, these guys were phenomenal. They got everything done and we were still able to close on the original date. Highly recommend

At first I had some issues with some of the agents and getting my loan to closing but in the end Sommer Taylor-Henry got everything situated in less than 2 weeks! She is a gem, super great, and knowledgeable. So because of her, the experience was wonderful.

Wonderful place to secure a manufactured home loan. From initial contact to approval through underwriting and closing these folks have perfected the lending process. Communication was outstanding and response time was quick and to the point and I was able to navigate the whole process from my phone! Will definitely recommend and utilize myself if ever going through the experience again. FIVE STARS

Great experience had no problems, Fabulous interest rate. Quick on the paper work and all closing. Would definitely deal with them again if I have the need.

Changed my rating do to poor service and communication after we closed had issues with contractor getting permits and it's been 10 months. Wanted to default the contact and they said it was my fault and I was responsible for permits coming up on a year and still haven't had my home started.
