There’s a lady here that always asks my fiancé way to much information! I understand asking him where he works because you need proof of income that’s one thing.. but asking someone their shift times and what days they work is going a bit far. Me and him went in at the same time to renew our loan and she said that she needed more information from me before she could renew my loan but when he went to renew his she did it without any issues and with a smile. Now we are here again today to renew a loan and she is being so difficult saying that everything that we brought wasn’t what she needed to be able to renew the loan. She asked us for proof of address and we gave her it and then she said she couldn’t use it we tried using a paystub and she couldn’t use it and then we used our electric bill but because she couldn’t see how much our bill is she isn’t going to let us use it. This woman is ridiculous!!!

Always trying to get you to renew your loan, if you are a little late they demand payment or renewal so they can keep a precentage of what you allready paid in you tell them you will pay with late fee and they say that won't do same month, so I won't ever deal with them again

The ladies that work in the Burkburnett office are very helpful and kind. If you need extra money for anything go check them out.

The ladies that work there are incredibly polite and helped through everything with no problems.

The loan officer was very polite, and helped me with my loan. Rented the loan. Got 300$ and didn't change my payment amount. Just added 4 more months to pay off.
