What can I say about Janice, she is great. I had issues getting a place I sold my pickup at to send the payoff for a loan I had at One Main. I needed this done so I could get another loan with One Main. Janice was tireless in working on this and finally they did get the payoff. She expedited the new loan because she knew I needed it. Yesterday it came to my attention that $480+ was taken out of my account that was for another member of One Main. Long story short, the first lady I spoke with had attitude and pushed me off on customer service who tried but could not help and I thought I was going to have a real issue getting my money back plus the fees for overdrawing my account. I finally talked to the manager Erin, who went above and beyond and within an hour after sending her the documentation she needed had me a check for the amount taken and the fees and even offered to bring them to me. I am very thankful for people who still take responsibility and do the right thing.

Really awesome people work here. I went in to finalize a loan with my 18month old daughter and from the moment I walked in, everyone was very pleasant. They were very accommodating and even helped watch my daughter as I was signing papers. There was other kids there and they were just as nice with them. Very friendly place and of course the business side of my visit went very smoothly. They know what they are doing and even offered very good credit advice. Highly recommended!

Meghan was awesome and easy to work with and got me set up just how I needed.
