My husband was late on a payment, and they FORCED him to refinance with them. He tried to make a payment yesterday, and the lady REFUSED to take it! Told him if he didn't refinance, then she was sending it to collections. This is after he has already talked to someone else who made an agreement with us to pay on the 22nd. This place is a BULLY!!

The attendant/manager was SUPER nice and attentive...She made sure the process was as quick as possible and i was able to get cash in hand before i walked out the door...the only draw back was the system did not identify me with my authentic Texas DL...it said my birthday was incorrect and asked for additional identification such as another government issued photo ID or a birth certificate...so i had to leave the office to retrieve that document...unfortunately i required an additional piece due to my DL having my married name and my birth certificate having my madian name and i had already gone thru this before so i made sure to have my marriage license to show the reason for the name change and also verified my birth date...still a great place to go when you need help immediately and they will be my first choice if i need help again in the future...definitely referring anyone who needs the help but must emphasize the importanceof being completely knowledgeable of the requirements, fees, time period and what you're finances are and what you wool be able to handle before making a decision like this because the loan and process is fast and easy but the payment could bite you if you're not careful and educated...i honestly would NOT habe made this choice if i didn't have a sure security to pay the loan back before the allotted time frame given to me.

Horrible customer service! My mother went to make a payment and the lady wouldn't take her payment because they were "closed" but yet my mother was able to walk thru the door..... This is not the first time that there has been a problem with this same lady. Just plain rude. Quit being lazy and do your job and quit being a bully into trying to get my mother to refinance. I do not know her name but she was working February 3rd 2023. Management please replace this awful bully!

It is so sad that the sweet ladies that work here have such a sorry a-- corporate to deal with. I was stupid enough to get a loan here, and then refer 2 of my friends it's been over 2 months and the corporate office is refusing to give me my $100.00 referral! I promise you they won't see a dime from me if they don't honor what they advertise!
