Absolute Angel of a lady helped me with a scam that was put onto my card. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out. I know she said her name, but I was too flustered to remember.

Worst bank in the world. You cannot do anything because they shut off your card once a week. They never are at the office. A small town that doesn't care about you if you don't live there.
