The process started from a referral from a partner service for lease buyouts. Once I submitted my request for assistance my phone wouldn’t stop ringing. But I did get an email from Maziel and it stated I did not need to call, but could provide the needed information through email. I stated that was my preferred method to communicate. Soon after, Terry reached out to me to request some more information. The transaction was completed all through my preferred method. I didn’t have to pick up the phone and talk. It was a quick, easy, and efficient process. I submitted my last document to Terry, which was after the company business hours. About an hour or so from when the business opened I received notification from my new loan company that my loan was approved and processed. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company, based upon my experience in this transaction. I anticipate the final steps to pay the lease off and the transfer process to be just as smooth.

I purchased a boat via iNet. The process took a very, very, very long time. My purchase went through on July 15. Its now August 19 and the first payment is due on the 22nd of August. The registration and title work is still not done. So I have had a boat in the driveway the last month that I cannot use. I have repeatedly asked for an update as to when they will have this done. All my rep does is email me back and CC their title department asking for an update. To which no one responds.. I live in Michigan and don't have much time before I have to winterize this boat. I certainly would've used another lender if I knew ahead of time that his would take forever to process. Don't use this place if you want to use anything you buy for the first few months you are paying on it. EDIT. I just read the reviews and this seems to be an on going issue with them. I should've looked at the reviews before dealing with them. I will post back if/when they ever register my boat. That way you can see how long it takes for my situation.

I have never done an online loan before, and Kramer had the patience and took the time to answer all my questions and calls over the two week period of getting the loan (it was during the holidays which slowed down the process). I bought an RV, and there are some optional extended warranties for the rv and the tires that are ALREADY INCLUDED in the quote. I had to ask Kramer to take off the tire warranty and keep the extended warranty. Just an FYI if you don't actually want any extended warranties, you have to tell them that. It was a lot of back and forth communicating with Kramer, and he did a wonderful job communicating via phone calls and email, which I really appreciated. Once all the paperwork was signed by me and the seller, the funding department reached out within the next day and wired the funds. Very quick and easy. I would recommend using iNet, but just make sure to ask a lot of questions to see what you are actually purchasing through this third party.
