Went by this office today. I can not tell you how helpful and delightful Jennifer and Ryan were. They were so patient and answered all of my questions. Great job!

Ryan is so amazing! We'd never gotten a title loan before, so we were pretty clueless. However, Ryan answered all of our questions and got us out pretty quickly while still being very thorough and going through everything with us step by step. 10 out of 10 recommend and if you're going up there, ask for Ryan!

If you need cash fast this works I guess.... but you're going to pay ridiculously high interest rates and they will take your vehicle if anything goes wrong in your life during the time frame in working with them. I believe it comes out to 13 dollars daily compounding to your loan after each installment fall behind and you're screwed if you are going to pay extra down, do so right after a payment or what's extra just goes to the interest accumulated. This is a trap and this company feeds off those in need of fast assistance they are not really here to help you as much as they'll be helping themselves. If there's any way to avoid this process in all I would recommend not placing your vehicle up for security. It's worth more than they will loan and worth less than the total fees and cost associated after paying back. Again getting some small cash for a quick loan could work for some but that's a gamble seeing how this is the type of establishment left for you to borrow from. Otherwise you would obtain the loan from a relative, friend or bank institution. I would recommend other places like security finance, world finance, worth finance, western finance or look for the places with fixed rates on the amount loaned. Basically anywhere else but Lonestar Title Loans think about it.

I accidentally landed at this location, needing a small title loan, while totally having an anxiety attack on the drive over, and envisioning this establishment as a giant black widow that wanted all my blood. Walk in, announce I was the gal that just called, and nope. Wrong place. But the AC was paralyzing, hypnotic. And the two women in the office were extremely kind, calm, and immediately glided me into solution. (Sorry Title Max)! I spoke with each 5 STAR woman, but only remember Luz' name. Because 'LUZ RULZ' is easy to remember. Fifth grade tricks still work! I was in a bit of a hurry and she gracefully sped the process, without lacking complete thoroughness of all pertinent information. Being high-anxiety, Luz' demeanor, temperment, and patience was a huge plus. The office itself was immaculate. I noticed even the AC vent in the ceiling was dust free. Parking- probably fit all the comers and goers comfortably, as I can't imagine it filling up. Even some shade. Customer service was stellar; professional and friendly, but not "stuffy". Unsure as to what all services they offer, so no comment. I'll check back in after the loan is paid off and my title is returned. Trusting the process remains smooth and hassle free! Thanks, Luz!
