Walked in to get a loan, one employee was the only one working and she absolutely went above and beyond to get us the money we needed to pay our rent. Rachelle is fantastic and she was just so friendly and helpful. My father and I went in without any notice and less than 20 minutes later, we got our loan. I would definitely recommend going here for a loan. She walked us through the paperwork and made sure to answer any questions we may have had. I'd give her more stars if it was an option. Thank You so much Rachelle for your kindness and help, you literally saved us from losing our apartment and allowed us to get my disabled father's medication. A true life savor.

Have a loan at Copperas Cove location but came into this branch to make my payment. Vanessa and Rachelle were extremely helpful and very professional. Highly recommend getting a loan from these two ladies.

I have had a great experience with this company. Mostly due to their staff, Rachelle and Tina. From the get go, they were personable, friendly and helpful. I have dealt with other companies, and haven't gotten the genuine feeling that they are actually helping me...with Rachelle and Tina I do! I just don't see a lot of that these days and that's why I want people to know Tina and Rachelle go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.
