My dad was reviewing a loan for 2 million plus and while I waiting for him the staff told me I was not allowed to walk around to the bathroom. I took this as a courtesy welcome because of the whole covid panic. I walked outside to take a smoke while my dad talked to the banker and they told my dad I was not allowed to "loiter" around their business. This is awfully unprofessional after a 2 hour ride from Tyler. As I watched from outside the door gal open the door for other people but resisted on letting me in the door after my smoke. I understand the whole covid concern but the whole staff behaved very unprofessionally especially for such business my dad was giving them. 1 out of 5 stars.
