Being home bound my banking needs to be done online. I am finding that online banking with you has become a very unstable activity. Do I need to come to one of your banks and get password and other items change every month? First you email me a 12 character to use as a password....hymn Even if I could use it, it would not left me; I am not going to use a strain of characters sent to me online to use as a password. Who is training you people? First I go to bank, they set up something, all have to do something on FFB page on top right icon and hit it. It takes me to another space, I hit that and I can access menu. Fine, so simple. Only now it no longer works!

Great service, just wish they wouldn’t block some services from using my debit card. For example like Wish and redbox.

This is literally the only bank I will use. I would rather drive nearly an hour, than to go to a bank where the employees couldn't care less about their customers.

We have been with them since they first opened their doors here many years ago, they have always been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just the best bank we've ever done business with. We highly encourage and recommend them to you for any & all your banking needs.

I have been banking here @ FFB years. Today, I was treated as a criminal at the Ridgeway location. I was asked to explain why I had the check., Mind you the check on its face explains what it is from (as if I have to explain to them why I received money). The teller told me her manager (I did not get the name or you would know it) said they had not seen this bank in 3 years (not that it was not a bank, but because they had not seen a bank check from them in Cleburne for 3 years there must be something wrong with it). But I have never had a bank question me about WHY I had a check and WHAT was it for even though the check itself states where it was from and WHY I had it. It was very offensive and down right shameful. Any suggestions for another bank in the area, I am all ears!
