Ms. Sherry and Ms. Heather are the most friendly and helpful people that I have had dealings with, in a very long time. They also have followed my lead on my sense of humor (which not everyone gets). They (but I've had more dealings with Ms. Sherry) have always answered the phone, in a way that you can just hear that they're smiling. Ms. Sherry has been very helpful over the length of time that I've been with World Finance, and never tries to talk me into something that I wouldn't be able to afford in the long run. Which, in this business, is highly unusual. They're very personable, but when it's time for business, they're polite about it, but it's time for business. They have both stayed on the phone with me after taking care of business, to socialize for a little bit. I'd recommend and send anyone I know of looking for a loan, in these two people's direction and office!

World finance is already well known for being a great place to have around whenever we experience those unplanned events that turn our pockets inside out(we've all been there).They are concise, fast, and outgoing and will do their best to find a solution that works for you. But what makes this location extra special is Sherry. I have used this locations numerous times over the years and every time I come in there she is, always smiling and quite often makes me laugh more than one would expect to laugh in a loan office. I say that to illustrate the level of comfort she offers while going through the process. Odds are if you are there you likely have some financial worries and stress. Sherry does her absolute best to alleviate that feeling. She never talks down to, or makes anyone feel uncomfortable about their situation which I here is common at other places comparable to World Finance. To me she is a incredible asset to that location and I can say without a doubt she is a big part of the reason I usually return to them. But if you're looking for a way to rebuild your credit and undo all the credit mistakes you made in your early 20s World Finance is a great option to easily rebuild your credit, assuming you make all your payments on time. The payments are very reasonable. This isn't Cash Max, or ACE or the type finance places with unreasonable payments seemingly designed to trap you in payments. I would and always do recommend World Finance to anyone who finds them self in a situation that needs a little financial nudge. But for the best experience, go say hi to Sherry.

I have been a customer of World Finance for over 30 years. I brought my son to the one in Cleburne, TX and these ladies are so very helpful. Wonderful personalities, answered all our questions and helped my son get his credit started. While in the office to pay his payment, I met a lady there named Sherry, who did 2 years of my taxes for me. She and her supervisor, Heather, provided superb customer service. These ladies went above and beyond for me and my son on both occasions we've been in. We recommend them highly to everyone.

Great tax experience a few years ago, have been going since! Employees are friendly and know their stuff, lady was personable and honest. No fine print. Big credit to management, they train their people well :)
