This place was awesome. I was skeptical. However, every part of my loan from being approved to dealing with covid and not working to trading in my truck and the pay off. First off, during covid when all hold times where 4 hours plus..I was able to call OMF and talk to a real person in 45 seconds. They took care of payments with no impact to my credit or loan with no questions asked. I traded my truck in last Saturday and they too k my automatic draft out for my loan today (friday)...called explained the situation..the gentleman i spoke was very courteous and stated all I needed to do was bring a bank statement once it had posted and a check would be immediately issued to me me for that amount. Which was nice and easy by its self however, i got a call an hour later from OMF s aying they had received the payoff and they owed me money. I picked up my check today as promised. Just a joy to deal with . 10/10 would recommend.

hello is this rent a center ? they are very unprofessional , rude and take no accountability . they talk to customer like a rent to own place . I am giving you business, I will not be treated like that ! you have lost my business. I recommend world finance in cleveland 10 fold over this place .

This will be my second time using them. They are very polite and understanding. Heather Willis at the Cleveland Location was awesome! She is so sweet. They are the fastest and easiest way to get a loan. You're in and out before you know it, your money is in your account!!! (Took about an hour! Perfect!)
