I think this staff of employees are the most incredibly gifted with customer service. When I received my loan, my Dane was in need of life or death surgery giving birth and I was approved at the vet clinic over the phone, allowing my dog to initiate surgery immediately. My girl ended up dying and all the staff, at that time, showed so much needed sympathy, that helped beyond words. 7 months later, they remain focused on customers, or I feel very welcome each time I've ever spoken with anyone from the clute/Richwood office. This IS the way to run a business and keep lifetime customers. Thank You Elizabeth Fox
