It was an amazing experience from the start to the finish. The manager is awesome she explained everything thoroughly and it insured that I understood the process and the possible outcomes. She made the process very painless very pleasant and I would definitely recommend using them and I will use them in the future if they need arises.

They are wonderful people who do their best to always work with everyone where they are at to help you out in any circumstance. Please give them a try if you haven’t already! I’ve been able to make it through some really tough times because of their genuinely caring about me as a person :)

If I could leave a 0 I would. This is the absolute most disrespectful, unprofessional, ghetto encounter I've ever had. The employee Michelle was rude, hostile and highly unprofessional in her approach and overall demeanor. The manager Tashara (however you spell it) was just as unprofessional, rude and dismissive in my concerns that were expressed to her. People coming to spend their hard earned money in these businesses to be treated with disrespect is just unacceptable. I have referred several other people to Lonestar Title Loan in Bryan since this encounter. They also have a $$$ cash referral program and have a higher level of care, professionalism and tact. I highly recommend going where your money and business will be appreciated

Mrs Gilbert was super friendly and helpful.. and the loan process is very simple no credit check and give cash on the spot .. truly recommend with several payback options to choose.

These 3 Women are spectacular! I had the best experience ever with them! They made me feel like part of their family from the moment I stepped in the door!!! I was approved and received the cash I needed in a matter of minutes! Now that’s excellent customer service!! Emily, Shirley, and Tashaura you guys are amazing and I will definitely send people your way! Looking forward to coming in to visit when I make my payment! Karaoke and snacks on deck! My kinda fun!

The manager was so wonderful and helpful. She walked me through every little detail and made sure I was fully aware of what was going on. Quick and easy. This place is definitely deserving of 10 stars however ill can only give it 5.

The manager was great. I paid my loan on time but when something was going on with my checking account they took the whole loan out. After I had said let me check with my bank what was going on and before I k ew it they took the whole loan at one time and I would e been in there today after I got things straight with my bank that's what I didn't like at all.
