If I could give this company more stars I would. My husband and I used Rock Solid to purchase our first boat. Amy Derryberry was incredible to work with. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) very quickly. I never waited more than 15 minutes to receive a response from her. Amy explained all aspects of the loan to us in a completely transparent manner. There were no fees or extra costs that we were not made fully aware of. Everything went seamlessly from receiving our approval until the seller received his funds. I would highly recommend this financial institution to anyone.

I recommend Rock Solid. This is my first time to get an RV loan. My loan officer was Abel. He did a great job with explaining the process to me. He is very responsive and great at communicating. When it was time for the money to be sent to my seller it was fast and someone will notify you when the funds are sent. My rate was a bit high due to my credit profile. So if you have average to below average credit keep that in mind that your rate may be somewhat high. However, you can always refinance at a later time. 10/10 recommend.

She is kind, thoughtful and eased all concerns we might have had. She was always available to answer my questions via phone call, text or email. They do not cater to people with just bad credit. Our credit is good and we found the process with Rock Solid was so easy. The communication was complete and fast and we had everything completed within a week. Everyone of the team members we dealt with were friendly and easy to work with.
