Horrible company the employees do not care about their customers and they will rip you off. They will not honor their contract, laugh and tell you to get an attorney. If you think they are going to save you money not really they charge a fee for the loan just not calling it finance fees, instead auto club said to protect everyone's interest, they will not do the repair and leave you stuck having trusted them. My car was almost impounded and they never called stating that their auto club had not picked up my car it had been 4 days that would have cost me about 200.00 to get my car if I had not went back to see that they did not pick up my car. 200.00 plus the repair plus no car, see what they are trying to do here, no car no work no money and they default your loan and take your car since they did not do the repair. Do Not trust this company, it is one thing when we can make a payment but for them to create the problem not right, we have enough problems already without these guys lying to us. USE any company but this one and tell your friends they suck and will steal your car do not trust them with your title. I am suing.

From the moment I filled out the application up in until now, I have had a wonderful experience with Vip Finance's colleyville office. They are very understanding and helpful especially when I can't make my payment on time. I would recommend them to someone in a heartbeat.

They advertise a title loan at 6% to get you in the door. However, you must sign up for their "auto club" and pay a membership. OR you must pay for your own GPS as well as a yr of mechanical breakdown insurance. GPS cost $1000 and MBI for 12 mths can run from $1500+ depending on the insurer. My loan was for $3000 They financed $3000 plus my 1st mthly pymt to the Auto Club $150 = $3150 financed. At "6%"! My monthly payments are $450; of that $150 is for the Auto Club (which serves NO purpose because you will be paying for you own repairs and parts) $300 goes to principal. 12 Month Term. If this company actually offered you a loan at 6%, that would be awesome. But lying to get you to join a "Auto Club" that they are affiliated with is shady! Charging $1800 for the "Auto Club" is how they make their money. In addition to the $180 finance charges from principal. I do not believe a company would do business with an "auto club" that doesn't have it's customers interest at heart UNLESS the company benefits far more than the customer! You can pay $89 through AAA and get the same services... actually MORE. So why not offer something more cost efficient. DO NOT BE FOOLED! You are better off paying a higher rate at Title Max or elsewhere at least you know they aren't lying about why they are stealing your money!

Had an emergency come up and needed money right away. These guys were really easy to work with and had my loan paid off in no time. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

Got into a little money chrunch, so i started looking for loan ,credit was no good, so i had to use my car tiltle, i checked around and heard of some of the fee's these title places have their crazy. i was thinking my only option was to sell my car but i found Vip Finance in Dallas great people and great service and by far the cheapest!! dont waiste your time with those other places
