The First State Bank, Columbus, TX

I have had ongoing difficulties with my debit card. On Saturday, I attempted to use the card online and in-person and my purchases were declined. When I contacted the bank on Saturday, I was told that the staff member could not figure out the problem and that there were only 2 staff members there so...... When I mentioned that the response demonstrated poor customer-centered service there was absolutely no response whatsoever.

I have been banking here for 23 years. I would NOT go anywhere else. I worked at Bank of America. This bank is Better.
