For those looking into buying a house for the first time, like my wife and I, or refinance your current home, Adam is the guy to go to. We decided to buy our first home at the beginning of the pandemic. Everyone was changing policies, time for approval were extended to 3 to 4 weeks, and a 1 and a half week closing was impossible to ask for. We contacted UFCU and other local mortgage companies and they all laughed when we told them that we needed to close within 8 days. Adam Styer and Stevin Ozier told us not to worry and get them the documents needed and to not worry; he was going to do everything possible to make it happened.
