Everything went so smoothly, the process was only about 20 minutes. And than I was received by documents for my signature than I was able to get my check and out the door. Simply as that.

I received my loan offer in the mail and deposited it in my bank,it was available within 2 days,it relieved a lot of stress on my life and finances, I was able to catch up on my bills. Thank you very much

Do not refer anyone to them, they will come up with every excuse they can NOT to pay their so called “REFERRAL FEE” I’ve sent two people to them and they had an excuse each time not to pay. I have had several loans with them in the past I will never deal with them again.

Yesterday I tried to refinance my loan, they were having connection problems so we gave up after two attempts (over 40 mins) This morning I called around 830. Annette answered and Anna (who helped me yesterday) was busy and she would return my call. 30 mins later, no call back. I called again. Same lady answered, Annette put me on hold and tried to transfer me to Anna (who was apparently still busy) because again I got Annette. Again I was told Ana would call me back. 30 mins LATER I received a call back from Mike. He gathered all my information and said it would be 20 mins. AN HOUR LATER, he finally calls back and tells me they were in a meeting. EXCUSE ME, you were helping me BEFORE YOUR MEETING. He calls again and has the nerve to ask me how I want to proceed… AGAIN TOLD ME 20 mins. IM STILL WAITING. At this point I’ve been trying to refinance my loan since yesterday and today it’s been over 3 hours and I’m STILL WAITING. Absolutely earned your one star review today. Way to go

I tried to get a loan with another company for 4 days and it was like pulling teeth. I called Regional finance and in less than 4 hours I had a loan.

Bad .....I just wanted a loan And you guys sold me a life insurance that I didn't ask for and a road assistance that I didn't ask for You lied to your customers

Very impressed with the service and professionalism here. Andrea is an awesome loan specialist. I highly recommend this company if you need a loan for a decent finance rate. Outstanding all the way around.
