Everyone there is so helpful. My experience has always been great. I have been a customer on one off for many years. They are upfront about the interest. I found fantastic customer service, which is rare these days.

These people are what I believe to be identity thieves. Even after refusing to utilize their services for tax preparation....they refused to shred documents with my identity and social security number them. Even though I am not a customer, Lakita Proctor (manager) claimed the need to keep my information for 7 years. She never validated my identity via my drivers license and refused to destroy the documents. She had few if any knowledgeable answers to the initial questions I did pose, which led me to believe that she doesn't know much about tax preparation. It was at that point I decided to go elsewhere for tax preparation services and at that time, their refusal to delete/destroy/ return my identifying information. Stay away from this place.

They give loans with very high interest!! They are up front about it!! I have needed many of these loans over the years and they have never denied so I have nothing bad to say about them

Sorry to say but it is what it is. Poor service by a bad attitude young girl. I will not come back I would rather drive an hour to another security finance office.

Great customer experience and service

Keisha was so polite and I was out of there in no time. I had applied online, easy application. Even submitted documents online. So I just went into the office to sign contract and receive my check. Highly recommend this office.

Keisha did an amazing job helping me through the loan process. She was kind and patient and even helped me with their app. The process was quick and easy
