Your Loan Depot, Conroe, TX

This place I would never take a vehicle to get a title loan, very disrespectful over the phone and hang up on you when you try to get an answer about the amount of the early loan pay off. Had my loan under 15 days at 2500 bucks and trying to charge me 4000 dollars. Never received a contract or email for it, didn't find me in their computer and just plain sorry customer service. Don't take your vehicle for a title loan they are a rip off...

HAD an existing loan at another place and Martha worked with their lenders to help buy that loan out and lower interest rate. Made it very affordable and realistic to pay off. Martha is awesome and super friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Loan Depot if you're ever in need of this type of help.

If I could give zero stars I would! They have poor customer service. When you call they refuse to answer. When there’s a contract, they fraudulently take more money then what they’re supposed too out of your account. Sad thing is I have used them for 5 plus years, this company has definitely gone down the drain.
