ACE Cash Express, Copperas Cove, TX

We were assisted by Sheryl at the copperas cove branch. Very professional, very friendly, efficient, and has a ton of knowledge about her job. I personally appreciate that the most. She answered our questions before even asked them. Awesome experience. It felt like we were visiting our best friends. I wish everyone did their job so well. On a scale of 1-10 I give her 100. Sheryl did my service today and she was beyond amazing. She was super sweet. She held conversation with me the entire time i was inside. I didn’t really know what i was doing when i came in, and she was so quick and patient with me.

I went to the ACE in cove after having a bad experience today at another ACE in Killeen, and I’ve had a long and stressful few days to say the least. Anywho, I needed to cash my payroll check because my payroll company who does my direct deposit had an issue this week and Ms.Sheryl helped me out and was so nice and kind and understanding. She reached out to her boss to help me out and get my check cashed. She is super professional and you can tell she cares about her customers. This ACE will continually get my business because of her.
