OneMain Financial, Copperas Cove, TX

My family and I moved from TN a year ago. And to offsets some moving expenses and help with bills, we took out a loan. Granted the loan came in handy and helped out tremendously, but please don't experience this thing called life. I'll admit due to some financial hardships we have fallen behind in our payments. They have been the most disrespectful people that I have ever encountered. The entire staff at the Copperas Cove location has been very rude and impolite. Very nasty and argumentative, has lied and given half truths about their policies and procedures. Please stay away from this location. I do not recommend using them.

Do NOT let these people pull your Credit! They will say you are approved and you will NOT Be approved. I tried for a unsecured loan to consolidate Bills because I am going to purchase a house. Lost 11 points off my score which will NOW affect my interest rate for buying my home! Run! After they get your social and all the info they need, also DONT expect a call back to tell you, you are not approved. But they are going to BLOW your phone up to get the info they need. Very manipulative wording to make you seem you are approved already!

My experience with OneMain Financial was great. Ms Destinee was couteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Recommend OneMan Financial to everyone.

I was able to get in and go through all the steps required with no problems and hindrances at all. It was a very professional experience and hassle free. The agent Shay, was at the top of her game. She processed my loan information with flawless effort. I am glad to be a part of the OneMain financial group.

Very bad costumer service, the branch manager has a bad attitude, angrily argues you, won't listen when a mistake is done on their part very disrespectful told me to refinance, when i just did that. Kept asking me for double payment even knowing i paid in advance. Very dishonest on her part. I had to call corporate to file a complaint. If you need a loan I strongly advice to go to the Killeen branch, far more superior on costumer service and very polite people.

Not my first time getting a loan here but the fact that every time I do get a loan using OneMain it's extremely frustrating and takes hours sometimes two days just to get a loan. It really shouldn't take that long.

Experience was great. Was very helpful during a difficult time. One Main has always found a solution for me. Thank You.
