I needed a little extra cash and used Atlas before so when I arrived it only took a few minutes and I walked out with cash in hand. The representative that helped me was so nice she went above and beyond to make it a good experience for me.

I have had a loan with atlas. Not happy with the manager here. I've been out of town. And she keeps harassing family members out of state trying to get to me. I've explained I would be in to make payments when I return to state. I am currently deployed out of state. This is Harassment to family and friends. And needs to stop. Also watch out this woman reports accounts closed. Then reopens them dinging your credit reports I will be reporting her and the office in corpus christi texas to. Attorney genrals office.

I really love the customer service all the ladies are very nice especially Lupita. I love that they help me in times of need no questions asked the only thing that I wish they had was direct deposit into your account and a way to sign your contract online that would make it a lot easier, but it is what it is and no matter what I love coming to this place I'm always treated with respect and kindness and with a smile so thank you ladies for being there for me I really appreciate it so much you're doing a good job. I would like to add that since I wrote this review I was there like 2 weeks ago to renew and yes they finally have contracts you can sign online and get your money deposited immediately, that is awesome....I love that makes it a lot easier for me that I'm handicapped.
