Very upset With today’s experience with this company I was Sent out a check 2 months ago And have been current on my account since then & was offered to Refinance my loan after speaking with the ladies they advised me to go in to take in my info to Refinance but not clearly letting me know that I’d be taking a hard inquiry today for the customers that work really hard to rebuild their credit this is a very poor customer service issue they should be more precise and let the customers know what is going to be happening once the refinance application is in place! Very upset

Liberal finance is a great place to get a loan when you need it. Being a costomer for more than three years, they make me feel like family and not just a client.

Not open but I didn't know and missing business hours
