It was not a pleasant experience. The local branch and the "main office" seemed to be fighting over who was going to handle my application. It got delayed twice. Then, I received a notice that I had been denied, after I was told all was OK. I ended up getting the loan, and still received a denial notice a day later.

My gf had a job phone interview today. The person called 20 minutes late then told her they already filled the position. So, not only are they unprofessional they also don't have the courtesy to call or otherwise notify my gf not to be expecting the interview. Definitely not one to ever do business with.

great people, nichole worked tirelessly to get me fixed up, easy process and they were very helpful would recommend them to anyone needing assistance
