I have got 3 loans from Sandy and I absolutely love her and this place!! Fast friendly service and they do not put you in a loan that is over your income nor budget. The monthly payments are reasonable and affordable.

I called to get information on a truck payment and the supervisor Debra was very rude to me and threatened to repo my truck and said I know your address and number. all because I disagreed with something she said apon trying to finish a question I had she hung up on me in mid sentence. I then called back wanting to speak to a supervisor to file a complaint and she said " I am the supervisor hunny" like she was on a power trip of some sort. I am going to contact management and file a complaint.

To my disbelief, This loan depot is not a fair place at all. very poor customer service. we had end walking out before loan was sign. thank God.So please look at everthing very closely. They are out for the money they can make off of you. towards the end they to explain was this amount is offer from the amount u ask for. they was already talking repo lol we didnt even look at the paper work, they always negtive to you at the end. already predicting the worst. so please stay away from this location.The others i dont know. but this defintely not! .
