5 stars to Ms. Laura, the technology/ "panini" machine could use a bit of an upgrade. Possibly even the whole system. Better machine's= an easier job. I witnessed this woman stay calm and collect while dealing with the whole system and it's malfunctions. Which took a lot of patience on both ends. Thankfully for Ms. Laura I was one of her very understanding customers which doesn't come to often. This woman deserves a raise as well as a higher position

alright so every time I come to work in the Crosby area, I like to cash my checks with Ace Cash Express. They are very professional and I like to thank Imelda for assisting me as I expected, keep up the good job.

I just came out of the a store on Crosby and the young lady in there by the name of Laura was so helpful she helped me with so many different things how to understand my flare account how to check it how to download it she was just amazing and wonderful and very helpful I wish I could go to all the stores and have that much help if I could get that kind of customer service everywhere I go I'd be a happy human being thank you Laura for helping me today you really blessed my day
