Maggi and the other lady I spoke with were just not professional at all. And it wasn’t due to a loan status because we didn’t get that far. Me and Maggie had a small disagreement and after saying okay I will get the number she continued to debate me. Aren’t you a CSR? What type of customer service skills are Action Finance teaching? This is ridiculous! When is it okay to argue with a customer? When you first speak to a customer you say, “Hi, my name is..”, not “okay what was the phone number?” Is Action Finance teaching their employees how to service customers? Does Action Finance not tell their employees how to use professional language with the customer. Did Action Finance explain that you should never tell a customer they need to call us back if we’re at work? What type of company is this? Are Action Finance employees not allowed to give last initial or ID to identify? I discontinued completing the application because of the two ladies today about 15-20 minutes ago.

Everyone I have dealt with here has been very professional. They are polite and friendly, and they did not withhold any details or information necessary to successfully repay the loan. They did not hassle me with repeated phone calls when I knew I was going to be a couple days late on one of my payments because I did what they asked and I called them ahead of time. Another great aspect was the fact that they report to the credit agencies. So by using their service, I noticed an increase in my credit score when the loan was originated since it was a new account and when I paid it off because it was then an on time account. I will definitely use their services again.

Action finance has been such a blessing to me! They have helped me through a rough financial time. Vivian has been amazing! I'll definitely keep coming to them for my financial needs.

Never, never, never, ever never. One of the workers from Action Finance came out to my dwelling place of living beating on the door telling me to open the door. Yelling her name and my name demanding though I didn't open the door for her it was scary. She is still on my outside camera 📸 it was frightful! I've been telling them they're going to get paid and I'm not a deadbeat.
