Had approximately 3 maybe 4 different accounts here. Good customer service but when ✔ and Go caused my account to go into arrears after I received a letter stating that an automatic payment was withdrawn before the payment date. They wanted to do several inconvenient things to verify, even though I took their letter and and proof of the $35.00 overdraft charge from my bank. No resolution

Ms. Nikki took her time to help me. She was very professional and polite with a warm and friendly smile. I would definetly recommend her to anyone who is looking to get a loan.. Thanks Nikki you rock!!!!

I’ve come to this location for a few years now and I’m never disappointed. Tina is always very welcoming to her new or old customers. Very helpful with information that a customer needs. When she’s not there, her colleagues are as helpful and follow her lead. Very glad to be a loyal customer at this location... thank you for all you do!

I love the customer service. When calling in before coming Christian answered all my questions with actual answers didn’t give me the run around or brush me off. I love his customer service. Greeted me before I said anything when walking in. Definitely would recommend 10/10

So I needed money and I needed it fast went to my local check n go and Christian and tina were the most nicest people they made my experience fast and easy I can’t remember the last time I ever experienced good customer service I definitely recommend this location
