I've been lucky to have a pleasant happy cheerful person on the other end of the phone. Ms Shundra actually listens to you and doesn't make you feel like your just a number. She is considerate and works with you. Its been great doing business.

I had horrible customer service with them been with Covington over 2 years since 2019 and now will NEVER do business with them again! I report them to Better Business Bureau because instead helping me when I needed them and I paid early in past loans, they reject me and did not say why which is odd because I have good credit score. The interest rate always been too high for small loan, but glad they reject me go to Cash Store in Carrolton, they are professional and take business seriously. I got a different loan somewhere else and better rate. We are in a pandemic and they do not care if you need money for a loan. Do not go here ever!
