My wife just called this location for help and rhe lady was SOOOOO nasty and rude!! People need help and for this person to treat my wife like that was uncalled for!! If a person does not know the balance on their vehicle don't make them feel stupid! Take your business elsewhere!!

I have been dealing with them for about 2 years and always had great service until today. Mr Bill and Esperanza are always so respectful and helpful but this piece of trash Cassandra she was so rude and hung up in my face because I responded to her tone and her nasty attitude. I have been ill and literally my payment was due 2 weeks ago so it’s not late someone has had to look for me. I called corporate and I’m awaiting a response I don’t take to kindly to disrespect so avoid dealing with her.I’m gonna handle this differently and professionally

I WAS SO HESITANT TO EVEN DO ANOTHER LOAN WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! But I had to for personal reasons.... Esperanza is the rudest, arrogant, vulgar person I've dealt with in this company this is not the first time she does this the last time we spoke was a few weeks ago and she did the same and even transfered the call to a guy that did the same they talk over you and yell and makes no sense. I left him yelling and had to hang up on him since this was all happening at my job therefore I was not able to get his name. Esperanza tends to call my job constantly leaving messages and is a difficult person to deal with she takes pleasure in making fun of me and little does she know that when she calls my job everything is being recorded I don't understand how do they have her working for them my coworkers are witnesses to all this I know I owe them their money and soon lord willing I will have it to pay them off Nevertheless this makes me not even want to try and pay them back anything yet the only struggle for me is that this will affect my credit so I gotta do what I gotta do I can honestly say I don't recommend them I can't even recommend any of my coworkers family or friends do yourself a favor and stay away!!! Esperanza makes threats to have someone come to your job and according to her charge you off for what you owe this woman is so miserable with her life that it is written all over face do yourself a favor STAY AWAY!!!!! stay away !!!!! Esperanza is so lonely and miserable that she takes joy in trying to make others feel some type of way I can tell she needs peace in her life poor woman God bless her. I hope she finds that comfort zone .
