Go out of there way too listen too a person why they need there help. Staff very friendly. Everything explain. They help you understand the responsibility of the company and make sure we can forefill the promise too repay the loan. I've been a customer for a few years. Always get the help I needed. These guys are a complete Joke. Bait and Switch. These people will allow you to go through the whole application process, make you add your banking information as if you are already approved for a loan. Only for them to say you need a cosigner. Complete waste of time. I wont recommend this company even if you were down to your last buck. Seek other options, just not them. That name Marine should be removed from ya'lls company name. Complete disgrace to all Marines.

I called inquiring about a possible loan and a day later, but I was informed that I had been approved. I made an appointment to come in and sign the paperwork and the rest is history. If you need assistance, I recommend contacting them.

I love this location so much. At mariner on Dallas parkway, the ladies are very friendly and helpful . My representative Helen was very informative and educated on the loan process. She answered all of my questions in great detail. Keep up the great work mariner!!!!

Alaya was very helpful and kind. She made sure that everything was ready and finalized for us before we came in. The process was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend!
