I give Mariner 5 stars plus. Jessica was very professional handling my loan with no delay. I was approved for more than I asked for within 24 hours. Their services is superb beginning with the more than polite gentleman, Agustus, who took my initial phone call, making sure that I was not placed on hold, but assured me that someone would be with me shortly. When I arrived at the office to pick up my check, it was a fast process with no hidden surprises. When One Main Finance told me they could not give me a loan, Mariner Finance told me they could and they did just that !! Thank you Mariner !! JAM

The customer service is great. I have gotten approved twice with grate monthly rates. The benefits they offer with the loan is great. I just don’t like that I have to go in the office everytime even after being a current customer. I’d like to sign paperwork online.
