I've never been to the store, but I did receive a check in the mail. Deposited and then received the payment schedule in the mail. I've called to make payments and have not encountered a rude person. Even when I forgot to pay and was 3 days late, the lady on the phone was not rude. So far, I've had a good experience with them. *If they are calling you and "harrasing you", you may need to pay what you owe. I've worked collections before so I understand that they are doing their job.

It's a good place to go for a quick small or big loan. Friendly workers and the manager is nice and will work with you. I had a low credit and they work with me. I been doing business with them for more many years. I'm a happy customer.

The ladies there are very nice. The manager went out of her way to help me get the loan for the things I needed it for. She told me she understood the situation I was in and she was not going to stop until she helped me. She did just that and the experience has been great since then.
