They lady helping me did not seem to want to help at all. She talked very stern as if she didn’t want to process the loan. She was friendly or welcoming at all. She offered me 216 only, I declined. I went to another location and got a better explanation of the loans, friendly service and they gave me an option to get more money !(they said the previous lady could have did the same). Avoid this rep, if you take pride in valuable customer service.

Sylvia was very polite and patient and explained everything perfectly! The world needs more people like her.

Angelica was very helpful and wonderful. You don’t have to wait at all. With in minutes they let us know and explained everything to us and answered all our questions.

I called earlier today to ask a couple of questions about the loan process. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Angelica. She was very thorough, and she was very sweet. I'm hoping that I will get the opportunity to do business with them. She made a really good impression.
