Tower Finance Co, Dallas, TX

This the worst loan company in Dallas, tower finance 5430 east grand Dallas Texas. This guy Richard will call you two -three times a day, Monday-Friday. Payment due on 8th , I call in made arrangements to pay on the 24 th , still call me every day Harassing me about my payment that’s only a couple weeks late, plus call my Reference . Do not get a loan from this company, I also will be filing a complaint with the Attorney general

I have had a loan with this company for over a year as I have renewed it. I actually liked the service. The rates aren't great but the upside is that it is an installment loan. I have been having trouble this month with bills and was unable to pay on time. I planned on making a payment on my next pay day. They called my place of employment to speak to my boss. They finally got the call to me at which point I explained my plans. I was told that I needed to call someone to borrow money today. Rude!! They need to refrain from calling employers as that does nothing other than annoy the boss. You have the cell phone number. Their messages that were left on my voicemail were threating and said to call and make payment today. I personally wont call back unless I have a payment to give. So stop harassing people at their work place. Unless your goal is to get a person fired then continue. It will be much harder to get a payment from me if that happens. Sharon is very condescending and without empathy. I will pay the loan as I am a person of integrity and fulfill my obligations but I will not do service with this company again and will be sure to spread the word.

Regardless of the fact that I have been with this company for years and unfortunately have always had trouble with at least one employee being rude or out of hand The latest scenario is they crossed the line by allowing an employee, Richard and even going as far as trying to say that his questioning of my sexuality might of been associated with trying to get a hold of me...Odd. Because I have an excellent standing with them and even pay off my loans way before their due date, my phone number has never changed and I have always left checks for them to deposit before they started taking credit card payments in which I now pay more than is due to pay off my loan. I truly continued lately in being a customer with them because of the manager Kevin. But when trying to explain my situation to the current manager Sharon and even her boss Doug Clark apparently there seemed to of been nothing that was done improper of wrong by their employee. Regardless of the fact that I was offended and found it disrespectful, as I have no personal relationship with this individual that would constitute his curiosity of my sexual preference. So, apparently race, religion, ethnicity, sexuality preference can be overlooked if trying to use it as an excuse in trying to contact someone that has not been proven difficult to locate in the first place. There are plenty of other places that will lend you money that will not violate any of these rights.

The People From this company calling to collect debt is completely RUDE!!!!!! They have called my company asking for someone that has never worked here and insist they have. We are a new company with 7 employees and the person they are asking for is not one of them and never has been. Me, Thinking maybe they are calling the wrong company, ask what company they are trying to reach to maybe let them know its not the company they are trying for and the lady was snotty and rude. If you are going to call and harass someone at a business please make sure you have the correct number before being aggressive and rude. I pay my bills on time and don't need someone being rude to me thinking i'm the person they are looking for because "THEY" misunderstood my name. Obviously the person you are looking for gave you the wrong number.
