Any time we have ever had a problem, which has been rare, the bank has been very quick to help us. Just recently, we made a cash deposit that didn't go through immediately (to be expected), and they pushed it through for us because we needed it that day. We have had an account here for a couple years now and they've always been so nice and professional.

Outrageous fees since new bank president has taken over! A retired person can’t afford to bank here. They started charging fees for for checking accounts that were free. I moved to another bank that treat you with respect and doesn’t charge fees like this bank does

I have banked with them for almost 2 decades haven't had any problems until recently. Doesn't matter how many loans you have payed off through this bank, you are just whatever your credit score says you are. Sadly this isn't the small town bank they claim to be anymore. Excessive fees and just over all very disappointing!

New bank president is concern only with his higher fees on free checking accounts. Cuts personal touch with his video tellers.
