Bought an Xbox controller…before buying it we specifically asked if it was in working condition. The gentleman said that he had tested it out and nothing was wrong with it. Got it home and tested it and it does not work. Would have NEVER paid $50 for a useless controller for my child. Next time be honest with your customers. Will NEVER be back.

Very friendly place to buy from. Sometimes busy but dont mind waiting. Manager is very knowledgable. Nice guns and Jewelry too.

I bought a GPS from them a couple days before Christmas I asked the guy if it didnt work correctly could I bring it(i asked all this before the purchase) he said yes by Thursday the 26th I said ok well it doesn't work correctly so today my wife tried to return it and they said all they could do is do a buy back for half what i paid for it cause i didnt take out the insurance for it. These guys are crooks and will burn anyone that enters the store I wouldn't recommend buy anything from these RIP off artists.

Great experience and nice people. I picked up a PlayStation 3 for $70 dollars and it works great. And, an extra controller for $10.

The young guy named RJ was quick to help me and very friendly. Definitely going to ask for him next time I'm looking for something there

Just called to get a quote on selling (20) .999 silver Austrian Philharmonic bullion mint coins. They offered $300. Lol. Dallas Gold and Silver and any Jewelry store is offering anywhere from $460 to $500 for these. This has got to be one of the biggest low ball offers I have ever heard. Avoid this place. I was in the area and thought I would check and see. Wow. Just wow.

I had an amazing experience at Cash American Pawn in Decatur! The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they really knew their stuff. They were straight shooters and provided me with all the information I needed. The people there were so nice, and they had a great selection of items. Plus, their prices were fair and reasonable.
