I received reminder calls for my payment on Monday, Wednesday twice and I told her that I would be there on Friday. I receive another call on Friday at 4:22 pm. again. I asked her "how many calls do you have to make to me'? She told me that it was her office and she could make as many as it takes until she receives my payment. I was still talking to her and she hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager " she said I am the manager". I told her what a great manager you are to just hang up the phone on customers. I told her that I will never ever go for a loan again when I finish paying. I told her that she was very rude. Crystal is her name.
