Going to Gold Star Finance was a great decision on my part. The staff is extremely helpful as well as bilingual. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and never judged. Smiles all around the room as I was helped by the manager Beth Vallejo. Despite me being in a very difficult situation, she did her best to help me and made sure I walked out of there content and in a better place than when I came in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a loan. Quick and easy with great staff.

Gold Star Finance, offers a great service, because they are fair, excellent communication skills, and realistic. So Use credit wisely. This is a great place to help you build credit 6 month loans. It sounds like too short but it does help with credit rating. Having an account with them does seem to help you to add points to your credit score if you pay them ON time and pay extra, because they report to the credit reporting agencies. The loan was for 6 months and it's great if you need some funds for your kids, emergency, or just going to put the money in the bank to save it for whenever. It's an option for credit building that's for sure. They repayment terms are bite sized so you won't really feel the repayment terms at all but you will be happy to see your credit score go up, up, up if you're trying to buy a car or house. They send advertisements in the mail when they run specials. That's how I found out about them if you're in Denton, Tx. They tend to send out during Thanksgiving and Christmas. They help the community and it's always great to have a place that you could borrow some amount of cash if you needed it as hard working individuals like we are. Go there ask for manager, Beth at the Denton, Tx location but you need to live in Denton,TX or within small distance. They don't do them outside of their range you have to ask for the local office near you. I was in there and I heard them say that to a customer. But they will help. They also speak Spanish and American.

This place charges extra for a on time on non contact visit. What a joke to take advantage of a pandemic. I guess the over 50% interest charges is not enough.

Was happy to doing business based off the reviews but happily declined business due to the poor quality of customer service. The first sentence out of the employee’s mouth had so much attitude. That literally set the tone. I’m good.
