If I could give less than 5 stars, I absolutely would. The most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with. Alice will laugh at you when you explain anything to her, there is an absolutely terrible.quality of communication between staff members (thanks to Roseanna) and don't bother sending an email because they won't read or understand anything you're trying to say. They'll just make up stories and refuse to work with you. This place is absolutely terrible and I cannot wait until I'm done dealing with them.

I have read the only two reviews on this page and by all accounts don't judge Lendmark financial by these two accounts. I can attest that the manager Will go out of her way to help no matter what the reasons to assist you with a loan. I can say this because I have been a long standing customer for the past five (5) Years. I would strongly recommend Lendmark Financial.

Lendmark financial was great. I recommend Jacqueline Dean because she was amazing. The entire staff was great and Nice. Jacqueline made sure I had everything I needed, if you need help lendmark financial is the place to go!

I was directed to this company from my repair shop. I kept getting the run around. I was told they would send me an email, after 15 minutes I still hadn't received it. I called them back and I was told she sent it and to call back in 5 minutes. I gave them 30 minutes and I still hadn't received the email. I called and talked to someone else and she sent the email. I sent in the items they requested. I even called and double checked that they got it. (This was at 12:08pm) I was told they would let me know before 7pm that night. I never got a return call. Basically, if you have a lot of time to waste... this is your company to use.

Went in to do a title transfer after I sold my vehicle and Miss Alice was amazing as always and listened and answered any questions that I had. If you are ever in need of a loan they are a great place! Been doing business with them for years and will continue to for many years to come!
