Ms Russell was amazing, she was extremely patient and very informative. At a prior location I was denied due to documentation however she went above and beyond to call her supervisor for support and they tag teamed and resolved my issue. I thank God for her professionalism & determination to satisfy her clients.

I called to refinance my loan. They asked to put me on hold, I said yes and they hung up. So I called back like anyone else would do if you get disconnected and the lady caught an attitude with me because I called back. She said they were “short staffed all day”. Okay, not my problem, i’m more than understanding but you hung up on me and got an attitude because I called back after your mistake. So rude for no reason. I told her never mind. I’m not dealing with unnecessary bad attitudes when I was more than nice and trying to give you business. I was going to refinance my loan but I really don’t need to. I have 2 small payments left on my loan. I’ll pay them before their due like I always do and then be done with this company. Don’t waste your time. They’re rude, take forever and never get back to you on the same day.
