The lady that works there is the rudest person I have ever talk to. I don’t know how they have her working there. Attitude from the moment she picked up the phone. I asked what was needed for the loan, she started talking really fast and I had to tell her to slow down so I can write down what she was saying. Then she said you need to have a bank account. Didn’t mention anything about direct deposit until I asked her and then she said well you will need checks. I told her I have a bank account with checks. My question to her was if my prepaid card has direct deposit instead of my bank account will I still qualify. She then became even more rude and said we don’t accept prepaid cards. Worst horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I asked her who was her manager she says she doesn’t have one. I’m like do you own the company, she wouldn’t answer me. I found the owner’s name online. I will be contacted him directly. This lady needs to find another type of job because this not it. Don’t do business here!!

I walked into the store and was greeted with a nasty attitude! I handed over the document that was needed and the response was even more rude about the bank. I asked for the policy and terms and she said that she did not have them and did not have to give them. I told her she was being snarky and rude and she folded her arms on the table and claim she was not . Hence body language is everything! Description of the lady was a short hair and had tortoise eyeglasses. Just so rude!

Enter to store lady had a badd attitude The one with short hair And smelt like cigarets. Very unprofessional definitely will be going over her head
