Very rude! whenever you go there they’re all eating whataburger. last time the black lady scream at me! told me I need an appointment, but she literally screamed!! the Mexican ladies are one of the most rudest people I have ever dealt with. they call you to remind you about the payment in such a rude way. These ladies do not need to be working in customer service !

Had a great experience getting my loan. Fast and easy. I was approved same day no hassle no issues. I would recommend One Main Financial and if I ever need another loan I know where to go.

I established my loan at a different branch and had been very pleased with their customer service. For whatever reason my loan was transferred to the DeSoto branch with no explanation and the experience has been very different. Something needs to be done about the rude customer service. Not every person I've talked to has been rude, but 9 times it off 10 they have been. Not good. 1/2020 update There must be a new manager at the DeSoto location. I've had great customer service the last several times I've had to call or interact with the office. I'm overall pretty happy with the financial portion of my experience. There have been some struggles with communication and customer service, but I would highly recommend One Main Financial as a whole to my friends and family.

My agent was very patient and thorough. The process was very easy. Every aspect was done online which made me feel safe because of not having to go into the office. I would recommend 100%.

I had a great experience with this branch and the whole loan process , quick and easy ! I love how you can do everything online you are not required to come in at all ! Which was very convenient for me since I travel a-lot ! The professionalism was on point I definitely will recommend !
